What does “fully managed” actually include?
One team owns the building, fits it out and runs it day to day — sales, design and fit-out, IT and guest relations. There is no managing agent to chase and no contractor to co-ordinate, because the people who built the office are the people who look after it.
How big are the offices?
We let to teams of roughly 10 to 100 people. Suites currently available run from 248 sq ft to 3,461 sq ft across Farringdon, Southwark and Victoria.
Which parts of central London are you in?
Six buildings: St John Street and Cowcross Street in Clerkenwell (EC1M), Great Suffolk Street, Union Street and Copperfield Street in Southwark and on the Southbank (SE1), and Vauxhall Bridge Road in Victoria (SW1V).
Is the office fitted before we move in?
Yes. We work with architects, lighting and furniture designers, then project manage every contractor so the space is ready to use rather than ready to start work on.
What happens after I enquire?
Tell us roughly how many people you are and where you want to be, and we will come back with the suites that fit and arrange a viewing. You will be dealing with the team that manages the building, not a call centre.
